Outstanding Doctor. Spends unlimited time with me. Explains everything. Cares enough to pinpoint my illnesses and treats according. I have never had an internist like her. She cares. My opinion she walks on water.
Completely unprofessional as she sent my wife and wheelchair bound son away because he was coughing. By the way, he coughs because he is in a minimally conscious state and has serious problems swallowing and therefore coughs. She didn’t care and asked them to leave. Absolutely zero empathy. Would not recommend.
Dr. Bonnes-Neumann spent a long time with me on my first appointment really offering comprehensive advice. Subsequent virtual visits were also great - she's very informed, practical, and caring. When I had an illness, she reached out multiple times to check on my progress, which was much appreciated!
I love Dr. Bonnes-Neumann, she is one of the most concerned caring doctors I have ever encountered. She is thorough, competent and knowledgeable. I have recommended her to other family members. She is an excellent doctor.
My latest experience with Dr Bonnes-Neumann was absolutely horrible. She was beyond rude. Her behavior was absolutely ridiculous. Actually yelling at me because I was taking up too much of her time not even 5 minutes into my visit. She said she was behind 4 patients and she was frustrated. I was seen by another doctor days prior with a diagnosis she did not agree with. When I asked her to explain to me her rational for why they were wrong she became very confrontational . Dr Bonnes-Neumann is a very caring and thorough doctor. She wants to solve your issues and has solved many of mine. She is still working on some of the new things that have popped up. Dr. Bonnes-Neumann also explains things so you can relate and understand. She makes sure your meds don't have bad interactions with each other and more. She truly is thorough. She is a little quirky and I think that is fantastic. Love that about her. Office staff calls and follows up, they are always kind.
