Went for my initial consultation. Will not be returning. Felt Dr. Bonnes was more about pushing her opinion instead of listening to my concerns.
This is one of the worse Office to deal with. I was out repeatedly put on hold for no reason other than to deny me service & to vorce me to get torre of awaiting and hang up out of frustracion. The female Medical Assistant refuse to make an appointment for me. The Medical Assistamt was nasty mean, unknowledgeable & has no club & or desire how to do her job. I was treatedly so unfairly. Dr. Bonnes-Neumann is the most thorough, and compassionate physician. She is so patient,, answering every question. Very interested in working with you for the most optimum health outcomes. I cannot say enough.. i highly recommend Dr. Bonnes-Neumann.
