I have been seeing Dr. Bonnes-Neumann for a few years now and I couldn't be more pleased. She has proven to be compassionate all these years with me and looks into every detail of my health in order to improve it. She is the first doctor I have had that actually looks into interactions with other meds I have been on to ensure all work well together. After visit I didn't know anymore than when I arrived. Waited an hour in the room to see her, and then during my time, someone knocked on the door to let her know it was time to move to the next patient. :(
My mother had a terrible experience with this doctor. She was arrogant, rushed, dismissive and had no bedside manner. Never, ever would we see her again. We have dealt with doctors for many years, and she is one of the worst.
My latest experience with Dr Bonnes-Neumann was absolutely horrible. She was beyond rude. Her behavior was absolutely ridiculous. Actually yelling at me because I was taking up too much of her time not even 5 minutes into my visit. She said she was behind 4 patients and she was frustrated. I was seen by another doctor days prior with a diagnosis she did not agree with. When I asked her to explain to me her rational for why they were wrong she became very confrontational . Uncompassionate doctor who runs her patients like a factory.
I loved her. You could tell she is extremely intelligent and truly cares about the patient regardless of how much time is needed to consult with them. I would see her 100 times over.
She is extremely knowledgable & a very good listener. She will refer you to another specialist if she determines that your problem is outside of her area of specialty although I use her as my Primary Care doctor. She is very empathetic to one's problems. She has helped me regain my health.
Great doctor IF you can find her available. I usually have to see one of her associates when I am ill Doesn't matter if you have the best doctor in the world if you can't get an appointment. Fortunately she has very capable associates.
Almost all the staff provide excellent service. Punctuality like any busy office with many doctors could be better, but I prefer the personal attention than making sure my appt is kept to its allotted time. I have found her to be very knowledgeable and, very important to me, a very good listener. She takes the time to explain things well and will easily adjust her diagnosis and prognosis based on both the information you give her and test results.
