Zen Mind Space is my second home. It’s my getaway to breathe, relax and meditate the mind. I absolutely love all the classes and my 6yr old really enjoys the Mindfulness for Kids class. The staff and instructors are truly passionate in providing the best service! They have an amazing boutique shop in the lobby providing everyday essentials. I am so blessed and greatful to have found some zen in my life.
