Dr. Koutsos is a fantastic physician with perhaps the best bedside manner I've ever encountered, and that's coming from someone who spent their teenage years in hospitals and doctor's offices constantly for chronic illness treatment. Discussing GI issues with anyone can feel daunting and uncomfortable, but Dr. Koutsos has a calming manner about him that's both friendly and clinical without feeling alienating or pedantic.
