Dr Koutsos and his staff are very attentive, professional and informative. Every time I see him it’s an easy experience and I’d recommend any one of my family and friends
All staff was extremely helpful, kind and friendly. Welcoming staff and efficiency with care. Could not recommend a better Gastro.
Worst doctor ever, he was an entire hour late to my appointment. Didn’t offer any apology or recognition of his lateness. Then, refused to help me because he said I’m not an established patient. I do not recommend at all! Regardless of virtual or in-person it would be impossible to determine someone’s condition of diarrhea. Especially with such a condition it should never be suggested that someone leaves their home to travel anywhere with unexpected bowel movements. Dr. Koutsos is exceptional! I brought my husband in for a last minute appointment. He spoke with us very kindly and evaluated everything promptly. The staff in the office are extremely kind as well! Stacy took care of us right away and Dr. Koutsos scheduled my husband for a follow up the same week just to work with my husbands schedule. We will definitely continue going here!
