I've been seeing Dr. Kasalova since for many years. She takes the time to listen and explain. She always asks if I have questions and addresses them. She is too the point. No nonsense. Don't confuse "touchy-feely" with caring. She cares about her patients health and well-being.
My experience was very good. Staff was friendly. I strongly recommend this doctor.
My experience was disappointing. I was misdiagnosed, which lead to a hospital stay and to being sick much longer than I should have been. I didn't feel like she listened to me and my concerns. Also sent me for an unnecessary test for my symptoms. This was my experience. I will say that the wait time was not as long as other doctors I have seen.
When I addressed my complaints (being over 45 minutes to appointment, interrupting me, dismissing my symptoms) she just stared at me.
