Unfortunately I had an appt with Dr Williams and never saw him. Nor did I receive an explanation about why I didn't. I have no idea who the person I saw was. A nurse maybe? She was pleasant and somewhat knowledgeable but I still didn't get what I came for which was an exam of my throat. I was told instead that "insurance doesn't like to pay for videoscopes of the throat". I have a lump in my throat that has been there for months. They are great people specially Dr Williams. I wish i did the surgery 20 years ago.
This place is poorly run. After a consult I was advised to have a procedure to on my sinuses. When I arrived on the scheduled day, I was told that the procedure had been cancelled one week prior. I never received a call or email, so I wasted a morning on this. I will not be back.
Dr. Williams removed my son’s tonsils and adenoids. The whole process was great from start to finish. Very caring, supportive and communicative. Highly recommend.
Dr.williams, what can I say? One cool dude who knows what he is doing and very patient friendly! Done my surgery in office and a very pleasant person to have done it! 5 stars in my book!
