I had a deeply upsetting experience with Mark Wheeler. I went in to have one problematic tooth extracted, but during the procedure, Mark Wheeler also pulled a completely healthy tooth by mistake. Instead of leaving with just one tooth removed as planned, I lost two teeth—one of them unnecessarily! This level of carelessness is completely unacceptable. Dr Wheeler is incredible. He has a very gentle demeanor and is extremely knowledgeable. I was scared to death to have a gum graft done and he made it so simple and painless. He has a way of making you feel at ease right away. He has a wonderful sense of humor, but is definitely very serious about oral hygiene and periodontal care.
