I went to Dr. Weinberg for a comprehensive set of assessments. I did not see him for ongoing "therapy" but he was kind and patient in the interview sessions and in correspondence regarding the assessments I completed at home. He was very ethical and questioned whether I needed to incur the cost of such extensive assessments, or if a more economical approach would meet my needs. Considering all the questions and concerns he addressed for me, it's fair to say he went above and beyond my expectations.
Half of the time from each session he just gets you to fill out the same screening questionnaire while he checks his emails; he could’ve easily gotten you to complete these on your own prior to. Feels like filler for a several-hundred dollar session while cruising to retirement.
Dr. Mark genuinely cares, and that truly sets him apart. After struggling for the past two years, I finally felt listened to and understood. He is calm, patient, and compassionate not like other doctors who rush through appointments. He creates a safe, human, and supportive space. I left feeling hopeful and grateful to be in his care.
Mark is a rock for me - a safe space: non-judgemental, and unwavering in his support. I've grown immensely under his care and credit him for the stability I now have in my life. It's been 5+ years and when I reflect back I am so grateful. I highly recommend him for his clinical expertise on neurodivergent disorders but general therapy too.
