I love this office. All the staff are wonderful! I even switched my children to Dr. Davey after going myself. We drive 30 minutes and it's well worth it to me after having less than good experiences elsewhere.
I have only been seeing Dr. Davey and his team for a few months. I find them all to be caring, compassionate, professional, and accommodating. I have and would recommend this office and staff to anyone looking for a good dentist.
TLDR: Bad people, bad work ethic, bare minimum dental service Absolutely horrible customer service. The receptionist is a lovely lady but seems a bit confused at times! Completely not her fault though compared to who she works with. The doctor is an over fowl man with no care for what he says to his patients. It doesn’t matter if it’s to a kid or not. They filled my back molar with cavity and infected tissue between the filling and the nerve, so now I have to get a root canal procedure done, and currently my whole right side of my face is about the size of a baseball
I do not recommend for Children, extremely rude and did not try to comfort my child. I have been here several times, twice now, my son has been numbed and then they stated that they will not work on him because he moves too much. I also, have not been recommended to a specialist. They continued to say that he was "not a good boy" because he wouldn't sit still for them to work on his tooth that is in a tremendous amount of pain. My child is 4.
