Dr. Younis is personable, professional and knowledgeable about cervical stenosis! The office staff is amazing as well! I would definitely recommend this office for anyone needing procedures for a better quality of life.
This place is a ABSOLUTE nightmare!!!! Let’s start at the beginning!!! First appointment with Dr Yunis and I need surgery, set it up for a week later. Just get tests done and that’s that! No one will call you until the day before surgery about any information on it. His beside manner isn’t bad but he’s short with answers. The issue with this place is not the drs, it’s the staff working for them. I had Dr Yunis and he has a great understanding but if you need medication for let’s say pain? He will walk you to his assistant and tell her what to send in and then she won’t do it. Only to get them called in and what he told you he was gonna give, is not what you get. My best friend was treated here and the staff are all rude and do NOT care for your needs. They were supposed to call her in a different muscle relaxer the day after her surgery because the one given made her feel terrible. Took 3 days for her to get his office to even address it and get it taken care of. This place is a JOKE!!!!
