Great & nice nursing staff….. my biggest problem is they never answer the phone especially if its sunday (theyre open sundays ive been to 3 sunday appts and one they missed cause no one showed up for work!!)
This office is unprofessional. Staff will tell you To come in as a walk in for testing, then when you get there the office is closed. Tests aren’t done correctly and are misplaced/unorganized. No phone calls are given in advance. Ultrasound techs are nice and give a calm environment. Other than that I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone, periods
The clinical staff are very friendly and efficient in their work. I had a great experience being seen by them and felt like I left with all of my concerns addressed. However, scheduling and communicating with the front desk is difficult. In the past month, I've had a visit that I scheduled through zocdoc canceled because the doctor was not going to be in (understandable, he has a life too). After booking an appointment to see the OB/GYN for a new patient appointment, while including details for my urgent visit, I arrived to my appointment only to be told the Nurse only was present and would not see me. This was unprofessional and a waste of my time and energy On Mother’s Day. I was informed other patients with similar needs received calls to reschedule their appointments. However, I did not. Very sad to say that after 2 pregnancies with them that i have been discarded as a patient, like a piece of trash. I read review responses here about a Manhattan location, i had hope. I called the Brooklyn location and was given a number to a Manhattan office, to which i explained my situation, explained that i am a patient of the Bronx location, asking what is my solution. The woman on the phone responded that she didn’t know, told me to call the wic office? Then said they don’t see pregnant patients. Horrible experience. T... read more
