I was looking for a doctor near my house. Booked an appointment through ZocDoc. Came on time. The waiting time is just horrible. I had to cancel my appointment because I waited for 40 minutes already and had like 6-7 people ahead of me who were sitting there for longer than two hours. Also there was no place to sit, the reception area is so tiny, not enough chairs. The office didn’t look clean also.

Didn’t get to see a provider. The doctors and receptionists were late. I waited outside for 15 minutes just to be told that my insurance wasn’t accepted. The girl upfront claims she called me yesterday but when I asked her if a voicemail was left she ignored me. I asked her why a voicemail wasn’t left and she ignored me again. She told me the out of pocket pay would be $120 so of course I left. This was for a regular physical. Just rude and unprofessional. Who wouldn’t leave a voicemail for something like this?

I didn’t get to visit any providers. However, I scheduled an appointment more than a month ahead of time. The staff called to confirm and left a VM, and I called back. They called again and I picked up and confirmed. They didn’t mention anything about them not taking Aetna until I was checking in, in person. Event though it was an annual exam, they were going to charge me $75. Hence, I left without visiting any providers
