I had an excellent first visit with Dr. Mark-Ian. He was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive. I suffer from multiple chronic conditions and felt immediate relief. I sing and have had voice issues for years which has been very disheartening. I woke up today and I could already sing better! I love how he incorporated Moxa and a more functional medicine approach. I look forward to continuing treatment and I would recommend Dr. Mark to anyone looking for an excellent Acupuncturist. Thank you!
I suffered from very frequent and severe headaches for approximately 35 years. Dr. Mark Ian is wonderful. He listened with respect as I told him my health concerns. He then proceeded to treat me, informing me of his intentions and explaining his process. I found his approach to Traditional Chinese Medicine refreshing. I was greeted warmly by the front desk and also by the doctor.
Dr. VanOtterloo was very attentive at understanding my issue and explained treatment options. He was patient and did not rush. Would definitely recommend.
Doctor was efficient and listened well to my symptoms and issues. I felt better after my first visit! Front office was kind and efficient.
