Can't say enough great things about Dr Tan's practice. I have been a patient of Dr Tan's for over 20 years now and forever grateful that I was referred to him. Dr Tan is an extremely talented, methodical and caring clinician. Dr Tan was able to diagnose my condition years ago, when other specialists have failed. Had a great experience with Dr. Tan and his office. He was extremely knowledgeable and really took his time with me. I’ve been to other doctors who see me for five minutes and rush through the visit but not here. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. His nurse was really sweet and put my nerves at ease while she gave me medication (I’m terrified of needles). Would recommend!
My appointment was at 2 PM. Got there early as they ask. Finally after 30 minutes of waiting in the waiting room. I asked how much longer. She said about 30mins. ONE HOUR TO WAIT TO GET CALLED BACK IS INSANE. Make my appointment at 3 PM not 2. To not even say there will be a long wait. It extremely inconsiderate. The office staff is just nasty as well. I have been to this office twice with my mother. On both occasions 50 minutes waiting time before being seen by doctor minimum!! They definitely don’t care for patient’s time or schedules. Unacceptable.
