I was left with an uneven and disfigured hairline. When I met with Dr. Tam to discuss this, he asked his administrative assistant to join him in examining my hairline. She became part of the medical examination. They both tried to tell me there was no problem with my hair. Eventually he admitted there was a large gap in my hairline.
