I made my appointment for my annual exam with Dr Purvis office online this morning. I received a call this afternoon stating I had $5 balance that would need to be paid before he would see me, $5!! I said can I not just pay that when I come in? She said no, even though I thought it was ridiculous, I paid it. She then wanted to put that card on file. Was a patient of Dr. Purvis for 6 years. He diagnosed my endometriosis and PCOS after a cyst was found at an ER visit that resulted in me losing my right ovary at 25 years old. I was subsequently in his care after he performed the procedure, and had another cyst removed a few years later from my remaining ovary.
