Nothing to do with the place. Call me anytime to explain fully or call osf, this man made life hell for over 10yrs. Refused to pull my gallbladder numerous times, went to other drs & they said Klucka knew best? How can he get hired so fast? Nooooo. He’s destroyed my body , the digital proof may have been deleted but the fun of ocd is having all paperwork since 2007 from all drs. Klucka I trusted you man!!! Only 2 upper since I seen ya? Instead of 5 a yr???
this doctor's office was really kind, i cannot for the life of me wonder why when you come to this facility they would use an anesthesialogist who is not in your network, they know what health insurance you have but why can they not use a doctor in your network. this seems to be a scam for many and then when you get a 600.00 dollar bill because the doctor was not in network, very unfair to the patient and a scam in my eyes. i myself pay a lot of money to have united healthcare insurance thru my employer, i should not be stuc... read more
