This appointment was supposed to be an initial intake to go over paperwork, concerns, and next steps for an evaluation. From the beginning, the experience felt uncomfortable and discouraging. I think the people that have an issue with Dr. Solnick, don’t understand the fact that he’s a behavior analyst. If you can’t understand what that means or entails… then maybe he’s not being rude, he’s literally just educating you so you can better help the child in your life. Trust your gut people. I took my daughter here today and immediately got a bad feeling upon entering the building and I hadn’t read any reviews online, just came here because my pediatrician recommended this place. My daughter has no behavioral issues, just struggles with writing and I wanted her tested for dyslexia. We got upstairs and sat down in the “waiting room,” which was not really a waiting room.
