I didn’t know what to expect on my first visit to Mark, 2 years ago, when I had a tear in my gluteus medius and trapped sciatic nerve. I immediately felt at ease with Marks’ friendly and caring persona. He is an amazing osteopath with a very professional and gentle approach to my well-being. I am now on a maintenance programme and feel 100% after each visit. I highly recommend Dr.Mark who has improved my quality of life.
Mark was friendly, funny and knowledgeable. He explained what adjustments he was doing and why, which I found very helpful. He also followed up the next day with a message to see how I was doing, which no other physio, chiropractor or osteopath has done for me (and I’ve seen a lot of them). My physical pain was alleviated as expected. Would recommend.
