I came as a new customer sometime last year. There was a sales person who was unprofessional even with optometrists present. The optometrist was also unprofessional - he made condenscending remarks and he kept cleaning my glasses with his dirty rag. He was nosy about what I do (telling him that I work on a computer was apparently not enough) and he decided to prescribe a much weaker prescription. Friendly, thorough and professional, makes the time to explain and you really feel comfortable during the examination. Great selection.
Love Dr. Santaguida and his team! They are absolutely wonderful & appointments are always on time and efficient. My entire family and I have been going to this practice for years - Mark is great with all ages and all eye issues, a true professional. Highly recommend and love the new office!
