A very positive experience from the moment I called to the moment I left following my surgery. Extremely professional, and very polite staff who take the time to carefully explain instructions and any questions you may have. Dr. Mark Samaha has a great personality and takes the time to understand what it is you are trying to achieve through the process. I’m happy happy with the result and would suggest anyone looking to do any type of cosmetic surgery to visit their office.
It’s disappointing when you request a consultation only to be told by the coordinator that what you want “can’t be done.” She said the doctor could tell just from my photos that I have thick skin and that it was “impossible” to achieve my goal, all before I even had a proper consultation. J’ai eu un Refresh lift du visage et du cou et un re positionnement des sourcils avec le Dr Samaha il y a un mois. Les résultats sont déjà là, j’ai retrouvé l’ovale de mon visage. Merci à toute l’équipe et particulièrement à l’infirmière Lucie qui est une perle!
Je fut opérée par Dr Samaha en Avril 2025. Par la suite, j’ai reçu un suivi. Dr Samaha et son équipe sont agréables et très professionnels ! Soucieux du fin détail, Dr Samaha prend à coeur la satisfaction de ses patients et c’est très apprécié ! Le procédé est rassurant avant, pendant et après l’intervention.
