Dr. Mark Robertson saved my husband's life by seeing him in Albany General Hospital to remove a triangle of metal from his throat. He has been our doctor for many different issues from the first time we met him. I have an appointment with him tomorrow.
I saw dr Robertson in 2021. He was ok but he said “your ears are crap”. Not a great bed side manner. I ended up buying a $4000.00 set of hearing aids. They were really bad. Every time I started to get used to them they would break and I have to take them in. Dan the guy that sees you for the follow ups on the hearing aids was always so rude. After being told by Kristy that you were offering me the position—and being encouraged to “be ready to negotiate” because she knew you were going to offer me the lowest wage on your pay scale—I was surprised and confused when the moment I began discussing compensation, the offer was withdrawn. I was referred about April, 2023 for a near total hearing loss in my left ear. I was examined and told by the Dr. that he thought I had a tumor. No other explanation. 30 DAYS LATER, I finally get my MRI because I had to call the hospital to find out they hadn't made the request! Fortunately, it turned out negative, so the Drs. next guess was a paralyzed nerve and wanted me to make an appt. to "discus my insurance for a hearing aid:" KMA!
