Dr. Roessler is an excellent doctor. He has been treating my chronic ear issues for years. I now see him regularly and my ear health has never been better.
I called the office, nearly crying in pain, needing an emergency appointment. The office manager told me she could fit me in in 3 days, I once again explained that I was in extreme pain and had been all weekend. She placed me on hold and said she would speak to the Dr.. I heard him say that she go to the emergency room. I asked if I could speak to the dr. the manger said NO! It might be a tooth or neck issue. I explained that I' m a nurse and it wasn't a tooth or neck issue. This is a no compassion office.
Best office experience! Doctor is very thorough, explained everything in detail, took his time. There was no rush, and I would only go back to him If the need arose!
Dr Riessler was professional & direct. He took the time to explain my hearing loss thoroughly. He answered all my questions & concerns. Although I was very nervous I was comfortable during my hearing test. The office was clean with minimal wait. Front desk reception was friendly and helpful. I was referred to the office from a women in my church and highly recommend!
Dr Roessler is very professional and always find the root of an issue. He takes time with his patients and explains everything with detail. I highly recommend him. I have been going to him for years and have never had a poor experience.
