I moved to Tennessee 4 years ago, and I'm still trying to find a doctor like Mark Reeder. Mark actually reviews your file before walking into the room, and comes in prepared with questions. He has great knowledge and care in his updates. and really cares about your well-being. He is prepared with good insights to target his recommended care, and it's not always a prescription. Wish we had more like him, and not the 'script readers ' that we are flooded with...

Does a great job listening to what may be ailing me at a given moment and resolving with an effective treatment plan.

Dr Reeder goes above and beyond in his care for me. Listening to my concerns and ordering appropriate testing. And throughly explaining g when he feels one is not needed. The nurses there are amazing. Believe me, I’m sure I have spoken to them all. Marlene especially! I would recommend him anytime.

DR Reeder is a GREAT doctor, that caught a cancer early enough that I'm alive today. Anyone would be well served by this wonderful physician! My whole family loves Dr Reeder.

This practice has gone downhill in the last few years. Dr Reeder was very caring and took time with patients. Now it's more about getting in and out. Waiting times can be brutal. It's fairly typical to wait 30 minutes in the lobby then another 30 in the examination room. They seem to have a real issue with processing prescriptions. It can take days to get one called in (if at all). Calls left on the voicemail are almost never returned.

He seems intent on not thinking out of the box. I had a specific serious health issue for months and he refused to entertain what it really was. Against his 'professional advice' I went to a surgeon who ended up removing 2 tumors. His office staff (receptionist particularly) is unfriendly, uncompassionate, condescending, and rude. When the doctor would ask her to schedule an appointment 4wks out, she would give me one 6-7 wks out and claim 'there's nothing I can do about that.' Will never go back
