I was referred to Dr. Berman for consultation on advisability for endovascular embolization for hemoptysis. Dr. Berman asked me the details of the blood loss and provided detailed education on the anatomy and physiology of the lung. Then he explained the procedure and the risks and determined that the need was not great enough for the procedure. He will be available whenever there is enough blood being lost. Dr. Berman is an amazing doctor. Highly, highly skilled interventional radiologist with a wonderful bedside manner. He had already taken the time to study my case before I ever came in for my first appointment. Doesn’t happen often these days. Would never consider seeing a different IR. His staff is wonderful as well!
I found Dr Berman to be an extremely qualified, consciences, concerned about his patients Doctor. He explained procedures in layman's language to my sister and myself regarding care for our Mother. I highly recommend Dr Berman
