I was impressed to have my blood drawn at the office. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I'm glad to have Dr.Passerman as my doctor.
First time I saw him I wasn't impressed but my husband likes him so I went back. I love Osteopathic doctors! He is very easy to talk to, he listens and repeats to make sure you are both on the same page. I really like him and I'm so happy I went back again. He helped me a lot and made me feel extremely comfortable. Morris hospital is in charge of the office systems and that can be challenging, but the ladies up front are very very helpful and accommodating and friendly! Everything went very smoothly.😊
Brought my teen here for the first time. I found the doctor to be rude and short. Our main purpose for being there was to have labs done on my son for some hereditary issues. The nurse came in to draw his blood. I looked over (I’m squeamish when it comes to needles) and I was stunned - she was NOT wearing gloves while taking his blood!!!!! I was shocked…needless to say, between the rude doctor and this nurse being UNSANITARY, we will not go back. I called Morris Hospital to complain, as well. Was my primary care physician for years. When my insurance switched I offered to pay cash for my visit and the front desk told me ooof he could ask thousands and thousands of dollars I have no idea what a standard office visit would cost. Best take this elsewhere. Well thanks for letting me waste all day until everywhere else is nearly closed to find somewhere to help me with my strep. Side note.
