I had surgery done in 2021 I moved in 2023 and I wanted to make an appointment to follow up on some critical questions I had about my surgery that Dr Duncan did. The front desk person was very rude and insisted I have a referral with my primary care Dr whom is in Wewoka Oklahoma she said it had to be a local primary care Dr. I do not live in Lawton and I would have thought that after having a neck surgery with Dr Duncan they could at least answer a question for me. Dr. Duncan is a fantastic surgeon and very personable. I had no issues after my surgery and it was 100% painless. I highly recommend him.
Arrogance personified. Dismissive of the findings and suggestions of his techs and staff. If you don't trust them Mark why bother sending me to be tested by them? I started to go ahead and have a procedure done, but after rethinking it I canceled. Your staff may get paid to let you talk down to them, but I refuse to pay you to talk down to me.
Dr. MARK Duncan was extremely rude as he was coming in the door. Before he even sat down, he said why am I there? He seen me 12 years ago nothing changed. Then proceeds to say the MRIs I did are poor quality so he can’t really see them and I should use memorial Hospital and do them again. If you can’t see the MRI how do you know nothing changed And if nothing has changed, why do I need to take them again and pay again?
