I was quite disappointed with Dr. OBanion communication and overall demeanor. Throughout the appointment, Dr. OBanion showed very little engagement or warmth. There was no greeting, smile, or attempt to make feel comfortable during what is already a stressful procedure. His communication was minimal and lacked reassurance or clear explanations about what was being done. This made the experience feel cold and impersonal. Got me in the same day I called. They had me evaluated and then did a root canal. Extremely nice and understanding. Beautiful and clean office. I'm happy to be relieved of my pain and treated so kindly by this wonderful team. THANK YOU!
