First I must state that this is the first time I have ever written a bad review. I’m sure that Dr. Noel is top notch, but his office staff are the most unprofessional group I have ever encountered. Today was the third time that I have accompanied my daughter and granddaughters for an appointment. Let me set the scene properly. Dr. Noel has excellent skills as a surgeon both technically and in his bedside manner. He is an example for all physicians on how to treat patients.
Glad I was referred to Dr.Noel..He"s patient, goes over everything & procedures so you understand it all..I was terrified of surgery, NO worries with Dr Noel & his staff, he took the time to explain the procedure & afterwards explain the course of after care..What other doctor does that in a kind patient friendly manner..none that I know of.. I would recommend him (& i have to co workers) any day that needed a ent Dr. Thank you & your staff for addressing & taking care of my needs with ease for me..
I'm a nurse. I just left my first appointment in tears... and not because I drove 2 hours to get here. I actually left the office feeling better than when I came in. Dr. Noel was top notch. Of the many doctors that I have encountered personally as well as professionally over the last decade.. he was "one of the good ones" The KIND of doctor that you would want to take care of you or your loved one. My son broke his nose-so happy we were referred here because Dr Noel did a wonderful job setting it strait, everything went smoothly and I highly recommend him.
