If I could give Dr. Nicolucci 10stars I would!! I had a dental emergency late on a Friday night before the long weekend. I called Dr. Nicolucci on his cell phone, and to my surprise, he picked up right away and said, "Hi Linda - are you OK?" Within 15mins, he met me at his office - on his own time - and treated me with his usual calm, compassionate professionalism. I walked in with pain and walked out 20 mins later completely pain-free. Dr.Nicolucci was terrific. He was super prompt and did my extraction with ease. His staff were organized and very efficient also..

Aaaaand another bad review for this practice because of the office manager: Jill. My mother had an appointment booked weeks in advance for 3:15pm. At 9am on the day of, we received an email "confirming our appt for 2:00pm" which kind of alarmed me cos I thought i wrote down the wrong time. I checked my appt book and we indeed had it for 3:15pm (even as per their email confirmation)--they just arbitrarily changed it without speaking to us.
