Very professional and courteous. Although I opted out of treatment, would definitely recommend to others and will use their services in the future.
Dr Mayo is an exceptional doctor. He answered all my questions fully and in a way that I could understand.
The survey just received asked that I rate the business. As I have yet had any actual procedures, it is too soo to say. I found the front desk efficient. The technician with whom I initially visited did not ask clear questions. When she wanted to know if I could read street signs, she asked if I could find may way around Dallas without GPS.
I would recommend this practice to everyone. From the moment you walk in ,the personnel are helpful and kind. I have followed Dr Nicholas Bell from another practice and would follow him no matter where he went. Besides being so knowledgeable, he is one of the nicest people I’ve ever encountered.
Every time we’re here we would wait over an hour for a check up. In fact, today’s appointment was at 3:15 PM and now we’re still not seen by Dr Bell at 5:15 PM.
