Had such a great visit with Dr. Mark. I developed an ear infection and was in a lot of pain and called the clinic in the morning and they gave me an appointment that afternoon with Dr. Mark He was so patient, listened to my concerns with my ear and assessed my ear with a lot of care. I also had other concerns as I just moved to Melbourne and Dr Mark addressed all of them. Posting this on behalf of my wife who visited this Doctor last month. Dr Mark gave her the wrong diagnosis, which we found out after her pathology results came back after a few days, which resulted in her being in more pain. She went and saw another doctor the next day and was told the diagnosis was incorrect. The new doctor was much more helpful. After hearing what she went through I would have to say he is the worst doctor ever.
