In terms of Dr. Theiss, great ... great work replaced my mother's knee! In terms of his office ... I have elderly parents (78 pop, 74 mom). They drove over two hours from a rural home location to Gainesville, Va (big city to them). Of course, at 78 sense of direction is not what it used to be and they got turned around.
