Great doctor with compassionate bedside manners and sweet staff.
Do not go here or go to this doctor. I have great insurance and was recommended by my broker to go here. I waited 6 months for an appointment and when I arrived they wouldn’t accept a picture of my insurance only the physical. I pay a big monthly fee for this insurance and they wouldn’t let me in. I’m going elsewhere, terrible customer service and demanded $200 since I didn’t have the physical. Don’t go here!!
Mark is great. He actually cares about his patients, he listens, Asks questions, doesn’t seem to be in a rush to leave the room like other Drs I’ve seen at HCA facilities or Vandy. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend.
