After 3 rounds at ivf Aus, 6+ transfers and limited foĺlow up...not even a phone call after our last failed round, we switched to Genea. We fell pregnant with our son in our second round then a daughter the round after. This is a true and earnest account of my experience. It may not happen for everyone but I have two beautiful thriving children and I wouldn't have them without Mark and Genea. So thank you.
We went through 2 clinics (1st bulk billed and 2nd semi-public) before going to Genea/Dr Livingstone. Wish we had gone to them earlier and not wasted 5 years and all those eggs I have a diagnosis of early onset of Diminished Ovarian Reserve. No other clinic tried anything different and used the same protocol every time. My first FS also told me from the get go at 27 that I will never be able to get pregnant with my own eggs. We had two successful pregnancies with the help of Dr Livingstone after five round of failed cycles with another clinic. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and we are so impressed with his expertise. We had a very pleasant experience with the nursing team at Genea as well and we would highly recommend them for anyone needing assistance with conception.
Need to provide some neutrality to all these positive reviews. We sought out Dr Livingstone after a failed IVF cycle at another clinic, which was bulk billed. After going through our second cycle with Genea/Dr Livingstone, sorry to say that it did not work. However we ended up paying ~4-5x the price of the bulk billed IVF clinic on the 1st attempt.
