My daughter needed a referral and it has been almost a month and I never got a call from him like he said he would. I have called his staff multiple times and they are rude and not helpful and still no call back. I am shocked that these people work with children! Seriously? We had an appointment scheduled for today. No one in the office ever told us there was two locations. We drove all the way to buffalo from North Tonawanda to the old children's hospital.....thats the address google had. I called them and asked them where exactly they were located and they said the Dr. Is at the williamsville office on Thursdays. Nobody once told me that when we scheduled the appointment.
