I am giving this a 3 only because I was billed for a dollar and fifty three cents. It costed more than that to bill me with paperwork, paper, envelope and postage. This rating is not a relection of the office services the people were so kind or this doctor I never meet him, I had a pre-surgery workup, and mybe he read a test, thanks (grateful) for that and, I will pay the bill but, Really $1.53
Whomever answer the phone was unhelpful and rude.
Has no online, over the phone, over the phone method of payment. Have to mail a physical check or use your bank to send a check. It's 2020. Archaic.
