I was one of his first patients. He was amazing but when he took his father's patients he totally changed. He was rude and impatient.
Has been my doctor since I moved to AZ in 2013. He just has this wealth of information. He’s so genuine and generous. I use to hate going to the doctor because a patient would spend the longest time in the waiting area and then the doctor is done with you in minutes. Dr. Phillips takes the time to ask you question about past issues and to make sure there isn’t anything you’re missing due to age or whatever factors. Such a legit doctor. My mother went to Dr Hollis Phillips for almost 20 yrs, he was very caring Dr. But when he retired his son Mark took over practice & my mother has seen him a couple times. Very rude Dr. She is in her 80s & had just finished chemo treatments & is going thru kidney failure. He told her she had out lived her existence. That she needed to stop stuffing her face & get up & exercise. My mother has to use a Walker & is on oxygen now. He is lucky I wasn’t at that appt with her. She will not be seeing him again.
Terrible! The Dr and his rude receptionist are the most unprofessional group of clowns I've ever had the misfortune of experiencing. The place is a circus at best and Criminal at worst. Do not go to this place. They don't even deserve one star!!!!
