This was one of the most disturbing and unprofessional telehealth experiences I’ve ever witnessed. If a zero-star rating were possible, that’s exactly what this appointment deserves. My wife is very ill and could barely speak during the appointment. Completely wasting time, not knowledgable, no intention to help. Like others, tell me to see a prime care or urgent care.
Horrible service, he asked me "why did you request an appointment?" and to go to my pediatrician. I told him I had gone to urgent care and was given my son medicine already and he was very dismissive and didn't even ask to see my son.
Had an MD Live consultation with Mark due to pain in my throat. He told me that I had to go to Urgent Care in order to take a strep test but then proceeded to tell me in his opinion he doesn’t think it’s strep after seeing the photo I uploaded. I asked if there was anything I could be taking to get ahead of it or sinces it’s not strep and I was having trouble swallowing and was in a lot of discomfort and he simply said no then I went silent and he just said I can take over the counter stuff from Walmart or Walgreens. By far the worst bedside manner I have ever encountered. Not an ounce of caring for his patient. Avoid this physician.
