My mother and I were patients of Dr. Weinsteins for over 10 years. In August, when my mother presented to him with Shortness of breathe, he ordered a stress test (for her heart) in September. That test came back normal. My mother was a life long smoker and he never ordered her a chest x-ray. He scheduled her pulmonary function test for February the following year.
