Dr. Rollo is one of the most unique doctors. He is a keeper. Absolutely amazing doctor! He never made me feel rushed in my appointments and he REALLY LISTENED and CARED about my concerns and identified ways to improve my health. VERY COMPASSIONATE. He helped me when others couldn’t do more and didn’t want to do more. Does not listen to patient problems well, certain amount of aloofness. Really to bad because he was recommended to me and my time spent with him has been disappointing. Switching doctors soon.
Dr. Rollo needs to spend less time fighting Planned Parenthood and judging his patients, and more time learning. He told my husband that he only had the flu and refused to order any imaging, and after changing PCP's and having several tests done, he had two major surgeries to have a large malignant tumor removed in his abdomen.
Dr. Rollo is very patient and takes all the time necessary to go over issues and lab results and explain anything. He is also very patient with children. His nurses are so helpful and understanding and his office staff very efficient.
