I recently completed 3.5 weeks of wound care with Dr. Borzatta and his dedicated team, and I couldn't be more grateful. I give them one star only because NO stars is not an option. When you walk in, there’s a sign on the window that states, appointments may run behind because of the needs of other patients. I was told to go there for a chest  xray preceding a cardiac cath. I understood that there might be a delay. The front desk had 3 girls manning it, more concerned in their personal escapade.  An hour and 1/2 went by and I approached the window and stated I understand delays, but it had been 1-1/2 hours.
