Amazing dr! He is very friendly knowledgeable and gets straight to the point. The radiologists are nice and gentle , all staff is very patient and good with children that are fussy and colic. You get images reviewed on the spot with great technology. The new office is very clean and inviting (level c). Appointments are easy to make and reschedule. A little over 14 years ago I brought my son from P.R. chronically sick, with kidney failure, and Dr. Horowitz was one of the dr.'s who helped save his life. He took excellent care of my son. He did surgery on him after carefully reviewing my son's case, and realized that one of my child's reason for being as sick as he was, was because he needed to reverse a previous surgery done incorrect in the past.
