I visited Dr. Mark Greenwald doctor in 2024 for an allergy-related appointment and had an experience that made me uncomfortable. During the examination, there was physical contact that I did not feel was clearly explained beforehand. I had a very disappointing experience when calling this clinic to ask about a prescription change for my brother. The receptionist was rude and dismissive from the start. Instead of politely clarifying the situation, she abruptly asked why my brother couldn’t call himself, without first checking his age. He is 12 years old.
