I had a very disappointing experience when calling this clinic to ask about a prescription change for my brother. The receptionist was rude and dismissive from the start. This one star is for the front desk receptionist at the clinic. Despite several complaints made previously but others in the review, it’s unfortunate that her attitude and lack of professionalism remain unaddressed. When I first booked the appointment, I was told it was for 11:40 AM. However, when I arrived at 11:50 AM, despite leaving early and getting delayed in traffic, I was told I was “half an hour late” and that the appointment had actually been scheduled for 11:20 AM. Can't say enough great things about this Clinic, Dr. and staff. From the beginning everything was very straightforward and clear, not a long wait as well. This can be a very scary experience for first time parents but Dr. Greenwald was extremely professional, communicative and comforting putting my wife and myself at ease. Procedure went perfectly, everything was explained thoroughly after the fact to make us feel more comfortable incase we had any questions.
