Moved to Cape Coral 2 months ago. Shortly after the move I needed my first root canal at 60. I can’t say enough about Dr. Galsteter and his staff. The moment I walked in the office I knew I had chosen the right dental practice. The two woman at the front desk were professional and kind. My scheduled appointment was on time. Dr Galsterer took his time to explain the procedure and calm my nerves. Through out the procedure he informed me of every move he made. He was kind and professional. The endodontist my son saw was pretty standoffish and was either super duper busy that day or struggled socially, but he did a fantastic job on my son's tooth. My son was terrified about it hurting, but he said it did not hurt one bit to get that root canal. The office staff (front desk and the techs we met) is spectacular here. They are super sweet, attentive, and gentle.
I had a root canal done on Friday, October 25th. I called the office on Monday, October 28th, to report excessive swelling, bruising and pain. They told me that's normal. I saw my regular physician for an appointment that day. She said "ABSOLUTELY not normal." Tuesday I sent pictures and and a note asking for help and a solution for the pain and swelling. Horrible service and people working there! I had paid out of pocket to get two teeth 3D scan done here where I was waiting for over an hour to have them done because the technician that does it goes on lunch in the middle of my appointment. I bring the CDs to my periodontist who has the equipment to view these types of CDs and there is nothing on the CDs. I call numerous times back to this office spoke with Ash receptionist describing the issue for them to help me out and they say that only manager Martella can take a look i... read more
