Dr Stokols was a marvelous doctor and my husband and I were patients of his for many years before his retirement several yearsa ago! You need to correct your records! We miss him tremendously!

My family has been going to Dr Stokols since I can remember. They were always happy and healthy after his care. When I graduated college and acquired my own insurance I joined on with him as well. There was a long waiting list, but since my family had used him I was able to get onboard. I feel safe and secure with his attention and I really enjoy how he spends as much time with you as you need. He is NEVER in a hurry to get you out as most all others are. This is a harsh and uncaring doctor with deep antipathy towards women. This person refused to "allow" me an MRI for a deteriorated hip which according to him I did not have because of my age (at that time in my mid 50's) in spite of the fact that 2 other members of my family had the same congenital condition - he actually walked out of the room when I tried to explain this to him. Thankfully, I found another doctor who, after trying other palliative care allowed me to go to a a specialist who got me the MRI. My right hip was... read more
I spent about an hour with the doctor talking about various problems and he took time to explain things to me and showed genuine concern for my well-being. That's rare in a doctor these days. Most of them seem to be in a hurry to be somewhere else. He also took a look at some test results a previous doctor dismissed and discovered I had a problem that needed to be addressed. You can't ask for more than that.
