My daughter broke her elbow last year and we took her to West Boca Medical Center where Dr. Moran was called to do the emergency surgery. I had no choice in who operated on my daughter. Post surgery I learned that I had to follow up in his office which was in Stuart which was 1.5 hours away from my house which I felt was ridiculous that he was the on-call surgeon for a hospital in Boca.
