I enjoy being at Duke because I get to work with some of the fields top experts and my patients have access to all of the best heart treatment options that are available today. Monitored my aorta valve stenosis for 10 years and then arranged for treatment at Duke Durham. The most competent cardiologists in the State with the best outcomes
Dr. Leithe was quite dismissive with my disease issues. I first saw Dr Leithe after moving here; his diagnosis was quite different from my previous cardiologist at my prior home. Issues returned within 2 months so I requested another opinion. A cardiolite stress test and subsequent heart catheterization revealed confirmation of the diagnosis received prior to my care from Dr. Leithe. In conclusion, I can only determine that, like all of us, even the most educated doctors are only human.
