Does anyone know how to gain to your medical information since Dr. Horowitz MD has passed?
I have been trying to get in contact with Dr. Horowitz office to get my records sent to my new doctor office. I know he is closed now, but I have emailed and called the people he left in the last email I received. No luck at all. Everyone said to go to the patient portal. All my years going to see him, I never knew there was a patient portal. If anyone can help me, please reply.
Dr. Horowitz works as a doctor for the PlushCare app as well, and I have never met a more arrogant MD in my life. Not only did he not say hello when we met virtually, but he dismissed how I felt immediately, spoke over me every time I tried to answer his questions, and was super condescending when I simply asked what the best antibiotic would be for an earache. I am disgusted with his behavior and unprofessionalism. I would never pay a dime to see this man again. I recommend that he redirect whatever makes him so miserable t... read more
